It's easier than most of us think!
1. Just look up the records you wish to change and place them in List View.
Under the Edit Menu, select Replace Field, then (from the pull down menu on the left) select the name of the Field you wish to replace (Address1 if you wish to change the address of these records).
2. In the blank on the right, type in the NEW info and select OK.
3. You will receive a confirmation message stating that "This operation modifies all records in the current lookup. Are you sure you want to continue?"
Well, that was kinda the point, so go ahead and press "Yes"!
If you were changing the address, go on and change the Address2 for the suite number, City, State, and don't forget the Zip Code! Each is a Field, so just select that Field name in step 1 (above)... Before you know it, all 57 records will be updated and it was as easy as 1, 2, 3!
