Well, it just got easier!
I will leave that History List topic, but close with a couple other neat things I have discovered in V16:
1) You can set a Preference so ACT! will create a Company if more than Zero contacts have a Company Name in the Contact Record. THAT saves you from a step creating a Company record.
2) System Alerts can be set to notify you if your scheduled backups or syncs fail.
